Mack Brass is a musical instrument dealer built on a record of providing the highest level of customer service. We're a family business run by musicians and teachers who care deeply about our customers. We stand behind our products!

We are now in our 15th year of business, and have sold over twenty thousand instruments. Our customers include students, professionals, middle schools, high schools, colleges, and universities. Although we have over twenty thousand instruments in circulation, returns have been extremely rare. But if there is ever a problem, we offer the best warranty and return policy in the business.

Warranty

All instruments come with a 2-year warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. Prior to shipping they are inspected, tested, checked for proper alignment, and lubricated prior to packing. (Warranty does not cover cases, mouthpieces, or damage that occurs after customer takes possession. Warranty is voided when any alteration to the instrument has been made.)

Parts and Pieces

Although we offer a two-year warranty on our horns, we support our customers with spare parts at no cost for the life of the instrument.

Return Policy
Mack Brass instruments come with a 7-day trial period. If after the trial you feel the need to return the instrument, we will refund your money 100%. Unlike most of our competitors, we will not charge you any restocking fees, and we will even pay 50% for the return shipping. We do this because we stand behind what we sell and our goal is to make you a satisfied customer. (Our return policy is not offered on international orders, bulk orders, custom orders, or ordering mistakes made by the customer. Refunds on shipping apply to US Continental sales only.)

I recently received a MACK euphonium and all I have to say about it is WOW! What a product! Everything you guys say in the description lives up to the quality of the horn. It is a very good horn and I am very happy with it. For the price of it, that is a very good price. Overall you guys don't lie about you product. Everything is as good if not better than the description. Every bit of it from the detail to the tone that comes out of it is beautiful. It is what you say it is and I highly recommend MACK to anyone looking for a high quality professional brass instrument!
