Mack FH600L Double horn configuration is based on an original design by Carl Geyer. Carl Geyer at the age of 15 apprenticed as an instrument maker in Markneukirchen, Germany. In 1903 Geyer brought his fine German craftsmanship to the United States and soon became the premier master horn builder in the US. The MACK-FH600L professional Double French horn can be closely compared to the Hans Hoyer Geyer Wrap. The MACK-FH600L is finished in clear lacquer and ships in a lightweight soft case.
